Steven M. Cohen has 25 years’ experience in business, accounting, real estate investment, management, entitlement and development across asset classes and industries. He commenced his career in public accounting for a large national firm in Washington DC. Currently, based out of Los Angeles he maintains an active CPA license in the State of California and multi-state Real Estate Broker licenses. He graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1992 and continues to be active with alumni organizations and volunteer efforts Junior Achievement.
